6.53 Where other tenants of the NHSScotland body's existing premises are to be included in a PPP project (e.g. GPs), the output specifications for the building and service requirements should make reference to the other tenants with tenancy details. These requirements should be signed off by the tenants to avoid late disputes regarding facilities or costs.
