8.1  Non Acceptance Deduction 

The Non Acceptance Deduction shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula:12

N = (NADR * CWNA)

Authorities should, however, be cognisant of Section 2.5.3 of this Module 4 Part I, which addresses the issue of applying the Non Acceptance Deduction Rate prior to actual service commencement of the facility.]
