16 Where the Contractor pays NNDR in respect of the Facilities, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for such NNDR paid as part of the Unitary Charge payable by the Authority.
17 The Landfill Rental Payment should reflect any relevant stamp duty land tax.
18 Refer to insurance cost sharing provisions in the Contract.
19 If there are separate payments for particular types of waste there must be clear provisions specifying whether such waste is inside the definition of Contract Waste and whether it is included in the tonnages used in the calculation of the Base Payment and the Diversion Performance Deduction.
