The Commissioning Payment shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula:
C = (B * RU)
where:
B | The Base Payment, which shall be calculated in accordance with paragraph 4.2 |
RU | The Base Payment Ramp Up determined in accordance with paragraph 13.2 |
