The Base Payment Ramp Up factor should reflect the increase in Services as Facilities are issued with Readiness Test Certificates and Acceptance Test Certificates. Prior to the issue of the final Acceptance Test Certificate, the Base Payment Ramp Up shall be calculated as follows:
RU = ∑(RC + AC)
where:
RC | The relevant percentage of the Base Payment attributable to each Facility 'x' from the date of issue of the Readiness Test Certificate as set out in Appendix 1 |
AC | The relevant percentage of the Base Payment attributable to each Facility 'x' from the date of issue of the Acceptance Test Certificate as set out in Appendix 1 |
From the date of issue of the Acceptance Test Certificate relating to the last Facility, the Base Payment Ramp Up shall equal zero.
