3.7.6 Reputation and standing

The Authorities agree that, in relation to this Agreement and the Project generally, they shall pay the utmost regard to the standing and reputation of one another and shall not do (whether by act or omission) anything which may bring the standing or reputation of any of the other Authorities into disrepute or attract adverse publicity to any of the other Authorities.
