7.1 The Joint Committee shall appoint the officers set out below for the purpose of the Project:
7.1.1 The Project Director; and
7.1.2 Such further officers as may be necessary to support the Project Director in his responsibilities in respect of the Project,
together the "Dedicated Project Officers" who at Commencement date shall be as listed in Schedule 2.
7.2 The Dedicated Project Officers shall be appointed to the employment of (TBC) Council which shall be the Lead Authority for this purpose, and the Lead Authority shall make them available full-time for the performance of their functions under this Agreement.
7.3 The Dedicated Project Officers shall be appointed specifically and exclusively for the purpose of the Project, on terms and for such duration as may be appropriate to that purpose, and to discharge the functions set out for each Dedicated Project Officer as set out in Schedule 12.
7.4 In appointing the Dedicated Project Officers, the Joint Committee shall be advised by the Head of Human Resources or equivalent officer of the Lead Authority and shall act within the employment procedure rules and policies of the Lead Authority.
7.5 The Dedicated Project Officers shall act under the direction of the Joint Committee and of the Project Team.
