8.1 The Authorities shall make their officers available as necessary for the purpose of the Project.
8.2 The Joint Committee shall appoint specific officers to fulfil the following roles in respect of the Project:
8.2.1 Financial Adviser to the Joint Committee;
8.2.2 Legal Adviser to the Joint Committee;
8.2.3 Technical Adviser to the Joint Committee; and
8.2.4 Secretary to the Joint Committee.
8.3 The functions of the Seconded Project Officers set out in Clause 8.2 shall be as set out in Schedule 12.
8.4 When working on the Project, such officers shall be "Seconded Project Officers" and shall act under the direction of the Joint Committee and the Project Director for the purpose of cost allocation between the Authorities.
