15.1.1 When working as a member of a Joint Committee, the members shall be deemed to be working on behalf of their own Authority even where the particular matter under consideration relates to or also relates to one of the other Authorities.
15.1.2 When working on behalf of the Project, officers shall be deemed to be working on behalf of all their employing Authorities, and made available and working on behalf of the other Authorities under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972.
15.1.3 In consequence of the above, both members and officers shall be treated as falling within the statutory immunity provided by Section 265 of the Public Health Act 1875, as amended, in respect of the Project.
