7.1 The Joint Committee shall, unless the member of the Joint Committee presiding at a meeting or the Joint Committee determines otherwise, conduct its business in accordance with the Executive Decision-Making Procedure Rules of [insert name of relevant Council] Council, except in so far as may be specified to the contrary in this Constitution.
7.2 The Chairman of the Joint Committee, or in his/her absence the Vice Chairman of the Joint Committee, or in his/her absence the member of the Joint Committee elected for this purpose, shall preside at any meeting of the Joint Committee.
