4  Technical Adviser to the Joint Committee

The functions of the Technical Adviser to the Joint Committee shall be:

4.1  to act as the Chief Technical Adviser to the Joint Committee and to the Project Team.

4.2  To participate as a member of the Project Team.

4.3  Such other functions as may be determined by the Joint Committee.
