The functions of the Authority Lead Officers shall be as follows:
6.1 To participate as a member of the Project Team.
6.2 To report to the Project Team on action taken within his/her Authority to implement the Project.
6.3 To ensure as far as possible that actions and decisions required from his/her Authority to implement the Project are taken promptly and having regard to the benefits to each Authority of the Project.
6.4 To act as champion for the Project within his/her Authority.
