In making the decision to group individual DBFM schemes together, cognisance should be given to:
• The attraction to potential supply chain partners of the grouped scheme compared to that of the individual schemes; and
• The ability for improved value for money to be delivered through economies of scale and the transparency requirements from the supply chain partners in this respect.
