7.1 [Subject to Clause 52 (Warranties)] the Authority shall not be liable to Sub-hubco for and Sub-hubco shall not seek to recover from the Authority (or from any Authority Party) any damages, losses, costs, liabilities or expenses which may arise (whether in contract, delict or otherwise) from the adoption, use or application of the Disclosed Data by, or on behalf of, Sub-hubco, the Independent Tester or any Sub-hubco Party.
