20.11 The Authority's Representative may carry out audits of Sub-hubco's quality management system (including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures) to establish that Sub-hubco is complying with Clauses 20.1 and 20.3. The Authority's Representative may carry out such audits at approximate intervals of three (3) months and may carry out other periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of Sub-hubco's quality management systems. Sub-hubco shall procure that the Authority's Representative shall have an equivalent right in respect of the Contractor's and the Service Providers' quality management systems. Sub-hubco shall co-operate, and shall procure that any Sub-Contractor co-operates, with the Authority's Representative including providing him with all information and documentation which he reasonably requires in connection with his rights under this Clause.
