34.1 Sub-hubco shall not be entitled to receive any Monthly Service Payments until the Payment Commencement Date [Payment Commencement Date 1]. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Authority shall pay Sub-hubco the Monthly Service Payments in respect of each Contract Month following the Payment Commencement Date [Payment Commencement Date 1] in accordance with the provisions of Schedule Part 14 (Payment Mechanism).
