1.1 Sub-hubco may include charges for Utilities in the Monthly Service Payment in accordance with paragraph 1.1 of Section 2 (Calculation of Service Payments) of this Schedule Part 14 (Payment Mechanism) on the basis of costs reasonably incurred by Sub-hubco and supported by an appropriate invoice from Sub-hubco's suppliers.
