Access During Construction

9.1  From the Commencement Date until the Actual Completion Date or (if earlier) the Termination Date, the Authority shall grant to Project Co and Project Co Parties, or procure that Project Co and the Project Co Parties are granted:

9.1.1  access to the Site; and

9.1.2  the Ancillary Rights; 

in each case subject only to the Reserved Rights, the Title Conditions and the Authority's rights under this Agreement and solely for the purposes of implementing the Works and carrying out Project Co's Pre-Completion Commissioning.
