Authority Policies

27.5  Project Co shall, and shall procure that all Project Co Parties shall, comply at all times with the Authority Policies.

27.6  The Authority shall notify Project Co of any proposed change to the Authority Policies as soon as practicable (and, in any event, prior to such change taking effect) and consult with Project Co.  Subject to Clause 27.7, such change shall take effect as a Change in accordance with Schedule Part 16 (Change Protocol).

27.7  The Authority may, at its sole option, notify Project Co that Project Co shall not be obliged to comply with any change to any Authority Policy and that Project Co should continue to comply with the relevant Authority Policy prior to any change in which case such change shall not take effect as a Change in accordance with Schedule Part 16 (Change Protocol).
