55.1 Project Co shall make available to the Authority free of charge (and hereby irrevocably licences the Authority to use) all Project Data that might reasonably be required by the Authority and Project Co shall ensure that it can make the Project Data available to the Authority on these terms, for the purposes of:
55.1.1 the Authority carrying out the Authority Services (and its operations relating to the performance of the Authority Services), its duties under this Agreement and/or any statutory duties that the Authority may have; and
55.1.2 following termination of this Agreement, the design or construction of the Facilities, the operation, maintenance or improvement of the Facilities and/or the carrying out of operations the same as, or similar to, the Project Operations,
(together the "Approved Purposes") and in this Clause "use" shall include the acts of copying, modifying, adapting and translating the material in question and/or incorporating them with other materials and the term "the right to use" shall be construed accordingly.
