As and when required by the Authority or Project Co, the Independent Tester shall participate in the Dispute Resolution Procedure of the Design Build Finance and Maintain Agreement (as such term is defined in the Design Build Finance and Maintain Agreement) to the extent that issues under the Design Build Finance and Maintain Agreement which have been referred to the said Dispute Resolution Procedure relate to the Independent Tester's other obligations and tasks as set out in this Appendix 1 and this Agreement.
