10  Method of Payment of Authority Contribution

10.1  Project Co shall invoice the Authority for Capital Expenditure incurred by Project Co to implement a Medium Value Change according to the payment schedule set out in the Estimate as referred to in paragraph 3.10. 

10.2  The Authority shall make a payment to Project Co within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt by the Authority of invoices presented to the Authority (complete in all material respects) in accordance with paragraph 10.1 of this Section 3 accompanied by the relevant evidence (where applicable) that the relevant part of the Medium Value Change has been carried out.
