17 The Authority is not entitled to withdraw an Authority Change Notice and procure implementation of a High Value Change in respect of which there is a dispute that has been referred to the Dispute Resolution Procedure, unless that dispute has been determined in its favour and Project Co has not confirmed to the Authority in writing within five (5) Business Days of the date of the determination that it will comply with its obligations under this Section 4 in accordance with the determination.
