1  If the Authority terminates this Agreement pursuant to Clause 40 (Project Co Events of Default), with the exception of termination pursuant to Clause 40.1.3(b), the Authority shall pay to Project Co such sum as is calculated according to this Section 2 (Compensation for Project Co Default) of this Schedule Part 17 (Compensation on Termination).
