The early establishment of standard project structures and identification of core competencies, key roles and responsibilities are critical to the successful management and delivery of any project and must be put in place at the Project Initiation Phase.
NHSScotland Bodies must ensure project structures are developed with appropriately qualified and experienced key personnel appointed and are given clear roles and responsibilities.
