• How exactly is the project going to deliver the required service - what a re the milestones, can the work required be broken down into sub-projects, what tasks require to be completed?
• When do the tasks require to be started and completed, are they dependent upon other tasks being completed, are there any dependencies with tasks or resources allocated to other projects?
• Who is going to be responsible for completing the task; are they available when you need them?
