• Improve efficiency of the operation,
• Obtain better understanding of objectives and
• Provide a basis for monitoring and controlling work.
Project planning must be systematic, flexible enough to handle unique activities, disciplined through reviews and controls, and capable of accepting multi-functional inputs.
