The Project Owner will appoint a Project Board to assist in decision-making and on-going progress. The Project Board should always be chaired by the Project Owner, who takes executive responsibility for decisions relating to the project.
The Project Board will be restricted to representatives of key disciplines who have a direct interest in the project and must restrict involvement in sub-project groups to providing authority to proceed at key milestone points.
