The most important decisions in the life of a project are made at the start of the development process such as long term service planning, building premises strategies, site selection and planning. These decisions will shape the environment and the functioning of the health facility for many years to come and must be right.
To achieve the best results it is essential that Client Technical Advisers are appointed and involved, in support of the Project Director, at the earliest possible opportunity.
The Client Adviser, who would have substantial technical expertise and experience, would be used on a call-off basis allowing for a varying degree of input during the project life cycle.
