7.9  Project Team

The members of a Project Team may vary from project to project. The core membership should however include financial, planning and clinical advisors (early and ongoing control of infection input/representation is mandatory).

It is essential that all team members are fully aware of, and agree to their expected individual input. To avoid any confusion or conflict of roles this information should be communicated across the whole project team.

Where Core Project Team members retain responsibilities for other roles, while seconded part-time to individual projects, it is essential that their Line Manager agree (and sign off) the percentage of time the individual is authorised to allocate to the project and advise of any constraints to availability that may conflict with project priorities.
