7  CORPORATIONS ACTING BY REPRESENTATIVES AT MEETINGS

7.1  Any one of the directors or the secretary for the time being of any corporation which is a member of the Company, or any other person appointed by resolution of the directors or other governing body of such corporation (or, in the case of a local authority, appointed in accordance with the relevant internal procedures as applying within that local authority), may act as its representative at any meeting of the Company or any class of members of the Company and the person so authorised shall be entitled to exercise the same powers on behalf of the corporation which he represents as that corporation could exercise if it were an individual member of the Company.

7.2  Any one of the directors or the secretary for the time being of the Company or any other person appointed by resolution of the directors of the Company may act as its representative at any meeting of any corporation of which the Company is a member or of any class of members of such corporation and the person so authorised shall be entitled to exercise the same powers on behalf of the Company as the Company could exercise if it were an individual member of that corporation.
