On the occurrence of a Criminal Damage Event, the Contractor shall notify the Authority as soon as practicable. The notification shall include details of the Criminal Damage Event including evidence of its effect on the obligations of the Contractor under this Contract and any action proposed to mitigate its effect. The parties shall agree the immediate steps required to mitigate the effects of the Criminal Damage Event and, insofar as practicable, continue the provision of the Works and/or Services. Without prejudice to paragraph 6.2.2 below, no Criminal Damage Event shall constitute a Force Majeure Event, and the provisions of this Schedule [*] (Criminal Damage) shall take precedence over Clause 21.3 (Termination on Force Majeure) in respect thereof.
