3.1 The Contractor shall make all appropriate notices of intention and applications for compensation under the Compensation Order as soon as practicable and in any event within the time limits specified under the Compensation Order and shall pursue all such claims diligently and at its own cost.
3.2 Where it is not possible to make such a claim in the Contractor's name, the Contractor shall make and pursue the claim in the name of the Authority and for such purpose the Contractor shall act as the Authority's representative and the preceding provision shall apply accordingly. The Authority shall provide to the Contractor such reasonable assistance as the Contractor (in writing) requests in order to pursue such claims.
