All proceeds paid under any Compensation Order save for the costs award and any award for interruption of the Contractor's business pursuant to the Compensation Order shall belong to the Authority and the Authority shall transfer such proceeds to such account or otherwise deal with such proceeds as the Authority shall (from time to time) direct notwithstanding the claim has been made by the Contractor in whatever capacity. That part of the proceeds of the Compensation Order which comprises the costs award and any award for the interruption of the Contractor's business shall belong to the Contractor. The party which receives the proceeds of the Compensation Order shall promptly distribute the proceeds in accordance with the ownership rights specified above in this paragraph 4.
