If the Compensation Order is repealed or amended prior to the Expiry Date to the effect that no claim would be possible in respect of any event or events which, prior to such repeal or amendment would upon their occurrence have been Criminal Damage Events, then the Authority may (and shall within fourteen (14) days of a written request to do so from the Contractor) instruct an Authority change in Service adding insurance in respect of such events to the scope of the insurances set out in Part 1 and/or 2 (as appropriate) of Annex 3 (Required Insurances), provided that the Authority shall not be obliged to instruct such an Authority change in Service in respect of any event which would constitute an Uninsurable Risk. Where an event has ceased to be a Criminal Damage Event as a consequence of repeal or amendment of the Compensation Order, but has not been brought within the scope of the Required Insurances as aforesaid, the occurrence of such event shall be treated as if it were the occurrence of an Uninsurable Risk and the provisions of Clause 25.10 (Uninsurable Risks) shall apply.
