Where the Contractor is of the view that Service Commencement shall be delayed as a direct result of a Criminal Damage Event it shall notify the Authority of such delay as soon as practicable but in any event no later than the date it delivers the Final Criminal Damage Reinstatement Plan to the Authority. If the Authority is satisfied, or it is determined in accordance with Clause 28 (Dispute Resolution) that such delay will arise as a direct result of the Criminal Damage Event, the Authority shall allow Contractor an extension of time and shall fix a new Planned Service Commencement Date, or, following the Planned Service Commencement Date, Long Stop Date which shall replace the existing Planned Service Commencement Date, or, following the Planned Service Commencement Date, Long Stop Date.
