The permanent and temporary works, materials [(including but not limited to equipment supplied by the Authority/Trust)],652 goods, plant and equipment for incorporation in the works (other than constructional plant, tools, accommodation and equipment belonging to or the responsibility of the Construction Sub-Contractor or the Construction Sub-Contractor's sub-contractors) and all other property used or for use in connection with works associated with the Project.
