1.1 Research has identified that public sector contract managers have concerns that there is little advice and training available on how to:
• manage the transition from the procurement phase of a PPP/NPD project through its construction phase to its operational phase;
• mobilise for PPP/NPD project management prior to the construction phase; and
• mobilise for PPP/NPD contract management prior to the operational phase.
1.2 This guidance has been prepared to provide support and advice to Authorities in managing this transition and mobilisation.
