3.3 The Authority should carefully consider the resources it will require following financial close but prior to the facilities becoming operational. The team is likely to include the following expertise:

Specialist practitioner in the field of the development (e.g. Health/Education Advisor) | liaise with stakeholder groups; manage the change; and if applicable, ensure that the specialist aspects of the works are moving forward in line with the project and stakeholders objectives | Part-time role depending upon the size and scale of the project |
Personnel support | to co-ordinate and manage the TUPE process | Part-time role likely to be required for defined tasks only |
ICT resources | to manage the interface between project and Authority systems, and to assist during commissioning | Part-time role with most intensive input towards the end of the construction period |
