3.5 There will be monthly meeting between the Contractor and Procuring Authorities teams to monitor progress. The individuals attending these meetings are likely to include the Independent Certifier, the Employers Agent (acting for ProjectCo), the construction companies, the banks technical advisor, the FM Contractor and the Procuring Authority's project team. This forum will monitor progress on site against programme and manage any issues which may arise.
3.6 The meeting is likely to primarily involve the examination of reports prepared by the Building Contractor, Independent Certifier and FM Contractor in terms of progress with the mobilisation items.
