3.7 Procuring Authorities have the right, under the Project Agreement, to make regular site visits to monitor progress. This is particularly important in order to ensure that construction is in accordance with the Project Agreement and to the expected quality. Information collected on theses visits can be fed into the monthly independent certifiers report in the event it is not taken on board by the Contractor.
