3.9 This is a time consuming process whereby actual room fit outs need to be agreed to plans. Careful co-ordination between furniture, fixtures & equipment ("FF&E") and mechanical and electrical services installations also needs careful planning and design co-ordination to avoid poor outcomes. Although the Authority has a large input to reviewing the coordinated layouts, the responsibility for meeting the Authority's requirements must remain with the Contractor.
