3.18 The role for the Procuring Authority will vary during this transitional phase to include:
• Monitoring the Contractor's management of the snagging process
• Supporting FM commencement and assisting the users to become familiar with the service standards and facility management processes within the new facilities-may include periodic training for key staff
• Assisting or managing disputes with the Contractor.
3.19 The construction team is likely to stay in place for up to 3-4 months after the final facility becomes operational.
