3.24 A key obligation of the Authority is to prepare the list of transferring employees (an "Employee List") which should be provided in writing or in another form which is accessible to the Contractor. The list should include information which assists the new employer to understand the rights, duties and obligations in relation to the employees to be transferred. The Employee List should be anonymised and kept up to date by the Authority.
