A.1 This list summarises the likely tasks that will be required during the construction phase, interim services phase and core investment phase. Some tasks will not be relevant if there are no interim services or there is no specific construction period.
A.2 Some of these tasks may be undertaken by the project manager or delegated to members of the contract manager's team. There must be a clear delineation of responsibilities if the role is split in this way and there could be some duplication (e.g. joint attendance at meetings)
A.3 This list assumes that all of the contract management documentation set out in section 3 of this Guidance has been completed prior to contract signature.
