5.4 Each party agrees to cooperate, at its own expense, with the other party in the fulfilment of the purposes and intent of this Agreement. To avoid doubt, neither party shall be under any obligation to perform any of the other's obligations under this Agreement.
5.5 Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 5.4 (Cooperation), the parties shall liaise with a view to ensuring that the requirements of The NHS and You11 and any other NHS requirement relating to customer service and satisfaction which may from time to time supplement or replace The NHS and You are met in respect of the operation of the Facilities.
