Observer 

11.6A  The Observer shall:

(a)  be invited to attend board meetings of Project Co; 

(b)  receive such supporting papers for such meetings as are issued to board members;

(c)  be entitled to attend and participate in but not vote at such meetings; 

(d)  receive copies of the minutes of such meetings; and

(e)  be entitled to disclose any information received pursuant to this Clause 11.6A to the Board (but not otherwise).
