23.6 The Board and Project Co shall, as appropriate, undertake any necessary Decanting and Decommissioning activities in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Final Commissioning Programme and Appendix [ ] of Part 12 of the Schedule (Outline Commissioning Programme), and any Equipment transfer in accordance with Part 13 of the Schedule (Equipment), such that Project Co is able to perform its obligations in subsequent Phases.]
