68 There are no deductions during periods when planned preventative maintenance is taking place in accordance with the agreed Schedule of Programmed Maintenance - see Clause 8.7(f). Boards must ensure that risk in relation to maintenance and replacement lies with Project Co and will need to:
• develop their output specifications (in sufficient detail) and Payment Mechanism
• consider the grounds for objection in paragraph 3 (h) of the Review Procedure
