(j) Project Co failing to pay any sum or sums due to the Board under this Agreement (which sums are not in dispute) which, either singly or in aggregate, exceed(s) £[ ] (index linked) and such failure continues for sixty (60) Business Days from receipt by Project Co of a notice of non payment from the Board.
